We've got more exhibitors than ever this year so be sure to leave plenty of time to get around them all. Here's a list of who's coming so you can plan your day out...

Twelve Restaurant - the talented chefs from Twelve will be hosting cooking demonstrations on stage throughout the day - don't miss your chance to watch them cook up three delicious courses. 

Chocolate Magic - so many different hand made artisan Belgian chocolate bars to choose from.

The Lytham Coffee Company - pick up some delicious coffee beans and ground coffee as well as cups, glassware and accessories from the Lytham Coffee Company. 

The Hungry DoDo - Enjoy a delicious lunch of authentic Mauritian cuisine. 

Porcus- get stuck into a hot sausage sandwich on a crusty baguette with caramelised onions or take home some sausages for your BBQ at home.

The Coffee Carriage - pick up specialist coffees, teas, chocolate drinks, milksakes and or enjoya range of local cakes and biscuits. 

Artisan Cordials - try some delicious homemade fresh fruit cordials.

Ostrich Direct Catering - fancy something different for lunch? Why not try an ostrich burger? There's lots of other exotic meats to try, come and see what's on offer.

Cherry Tree - take a look at huge range of jams, chutneys, cheese and honey.

A Slice of Heaven - bring the kids to see A Slice of Heaven to take part in their fun cupcake decorating workshops or treat yourself to a tasty macaroon.

Fat Jax Chutneys - what will you choose from their yummy range of assorted chutney's and relishes? 

Shirley's Pies - take home some of Shirley's delicious home made pies and pastries. 

The Real Thai Pie - if you love thai curries and pies - what's not to love? 

Love Cheesecakes - treat yourself to one (or two!) gorgeous cheesecakes.

Retro Shots - try their hand made flavoured vodka and chilli infused spirits.

Lancaster Brewery - pick up some real ales and ciders. 

Crossmoor Honey Farm - delicious pure lancashire honey.

Island Foods - enjoy some delicious fries, samosas and chilli and garlic sauces.

Shaw Meats - the perfect place to buy a range of dry cured meats, artisan salami and fresh meats, poultry and game.

Black Bull Paella - tuck into some traditional freshly cooked paella.

Mokha - choose from a wide selection of coffees, iced drinks, teas and baked goods.

Cupcakes by Sophia  - delicious cupcakes that almost look too good to eat!

The Bakery - Rocky road chocolate cake in over 20 flavours!

Indian Delights - Enjoy a hot curry or some tasty samosas, delicious!

The Shaka Shack - just what you need to cool down on a hot summers day, a delicious Hawaiian shaved ice treat! 

Lancashire Biscuits - traditional tray baked biscuits - you won't be able to stop at one!

Pieroth Wines - find out about Pieroth's home wine tasting experiences with their exclusive wines - great as a gift or as a treat for yourself!

Frankie and Benny's - discover what's on offer at Blackpool's Frankie and Benny's.  

The Occasional Drink Ltd - enjoy the perfect summer cocktail of Pimms and lemonade

Daniel Olivia Catering - try the sweet and savoury crepes ranging from traditional sugar and lemon to nutella, smarties and cream. Yum.

Little Furnace Wood Fired Pizzas - pick up a hand made artisan pizza teamed with a delicious San Pelligrino drink

The Lune Valley Smokehouse - be sure to taste all the smoked foods on offer including the meats and fish - plus the smoked oil is to die for!

The New Penny Grill and Ice - treat yourself to some homemade championship award winning dairy ice cream

Pudding and Pie Cafe  - grab a sweet or savoury pie cooked to traditional recipes handed down through the generations

Vonny Bee - If natural health and beauty is your thing, pick up some all natural products from the hive including raw honey, pollen (great if you are suffering from hayfever this summer), propolis, balms and soaps 

Coppice Cupcakes - enjoy a sweet treat of brownies, flapjacks, cakes and traybakes

Entertainment 

Tiggypop Entertainment - have a go on the rodeo ride and the surfboard simulator - guaranteed fun!

Queenie Beenie's Crafty Cabin - bring the kids along and enjoy some lovely arts and crafts activities in Queenie Beenie's fun mobile craft cabin.

Punch and Judy Show - bring the kids along to enjoy a traditional Punch and Judy show. 

Plus don't forget to visit A Slice of Heaven's stand to have a go at cupcake decorating.
