Guy’s Thatched Hamlet is celebrating the 24th annual Guy’s Oyster Festival in association with Guinness, Laurent-Perrier and Budweiser from 3rd - 6th September 2015. It is set to attract more than 7,000 local and international visitors this time around.

The festival started small and has grown to include Oyster Eve on Thursday 3rd September from 8pm, in ‘Owd Nell’s Tavern with Live Irish music and a display of Irish dancing - helping to wake the Oysters!

The Festival Marquee opens with a seafood luncheon on Friday 4th September where more than 7,000 oysters will be consumed. Entertaining more than 1,500 guests with a fabulous luncheon of the finest seafood followed by live singing , dancing and plenty of Guinness!

The traditional Irish jig event being held on Saturday 5th September attracts more than 2,000 guests and a great night of Irish Craic is guaranteed! Tickets are on sale now at a cost of £20.00 including supper.

Sunday 6th September is the Family Jamboree - with lots of fun for all the family - “Murphy’s Law” our fabulous Irish Band from Cork will be playing throughout the afternoon, Thomas Bounce and his circus skills school, "The Living Jungle" Mobile Zoo, Giant Inflatables, fairground rides, Punch & Judy and much more. There is no admission charge.
