Originally built as an annexe to the main house, this cosy self-contained ground floor holiday home has a south facing living room, is attached to the owners bungalow and is tucked away in a quiet residential area of the picturesque village of Pilling.
It has a shared south facing rear garden to enjoy, and for privacy, a fenced panel screen separates the patio with own furniture. From the cottage door, enjoy walking, cycling or bird-watching in the lovely flat countryside or at the shore-side which is close by.
Well placed for visiting the Forest of Bowland, Blackpool and Lancaster (all within a 40 minute drive). Windermere and South Lakes 1 hours drive. Nearest Shop 30yds, another shop and pub serving good food 250yds. Off-road Parking for 2 cars. Sorry - No pets and No smoking. Price includes heat, light and power.

Road Directions
From South exit M6 Junction 32 / M55 J1 (Broughton), and head North A6 Garstang/Lancaster for about 9 miles, then at corner of The Flag pub on the left, turn left towards Knott End / Pilling (Longmoor Lane). After 1mile and turn right (Killcrash Lane). Travel just over 4miles (road has become Garstang Road) to Redwings which is 2nd bungalow on left after Stakepool Post Office, and is set back off the road via the tarmac drive through the front lawn.
The accommodation (Redwings Lodge) is the left-hand semi to our bungalow.
Parking area is immediately outside the Lodge on the left.
Alternative From South exit M55 Junction 3 (Fleetwood exit) and head towards Fleetwood on A585. After 3 miles at traffic lights, turn left onto A585/A586. At next lights (1 mile) take the right hand road signed A585 Fleetwood. After 1 more mile turn right at traffic lights signed A588 Hambleton and Pilling. Stay on A588 for a further 7 miles following signs towards Lancaster and, at Pilling Stakepool Elletson Arms pub, turn right towards Garstang (Garstang Road). Redwings is on right after about 250 yds
From North exit M6 Junction 33 Lancaster South (Hampson Green) and head South A6 towards Garstang. After about 1m, turn right onto Cockerham Road (signed Cockerham / Glasson Dock), and head along this road for 1m to the T-junction with the B5272. Turn right and after 0.5m turn left at the Manor Inn onto the A588 Blackpool-Lancaster road. After about 5m with Elletson Arms pub on right, turn left towards Garstang (Garstang Road) and Redwings is on right after about 250 yds.
