Once again as part of the Lancashire Catering and Hospitality Expo, the Lancashire Young Student Chef of the Year will be held at the Norbreck Castle Hotel. With 12 students competing from colleges all over Lancashire for this title it will be a close run competition. The event is being sponsored by Major International supported by Lancashire Life and BBC Radio Lancashire.

This year the event will welcome the general public to view the competition and, along with over 20 local producers selling their products, it promises to be a great free day out.
