Some of the best food and drink suppliers and producers in the region will be at the garden centre displaying and selling their produce.

There will be tastings and demos all weekend in what promises to be a mouth-watering celebration of all the great food and drink produced in Lancashire and the North West.

Foods to sample and buy include:

Fresh local meats
Beers and wines
Pickles and preserves
Fruit and vegetables
Chocolate, fudge and confectionery

Meet 37 producers from all over Lancashire, Cumbria and Cheshire. These include, Honeywell’s butchers, Cheese, Relishes, Beers, Pies and Pastries, Honey, Wine, Olives and Salami’s, Ice Cream, Chocolate, Fish, Coffee, Fudge & Nougat, Puddings and Sauces.
